Nick Lynch

Hi, I’m Nick. I’ve been committed to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals for over 20 years!

I am honored to work with a wide-range of clientele and I am confident in my ability to help you meet and exceed your goals! I see clients locally at Superb Health and Performance & globally, via virtual sessions!

I started Superb Health LLC in 2008, alongside my wife Natalie. We live locally with our 2 kids, dog and hamster. We’re committed to enriching the local community by encouraging others to live healthier lifestyles.

I work with people just like you everyday! By prioritizing your own health & wellbeing, you’ll become stronger, both physically and mentally.

At the Superb Health and Performance gym in Mequon, WI and internationally via virtual training, your fitness goals are achieved! This is your gym to learn, grow, be accountable to your goals and enjoy the process!

Training at Superb you’ll learn how to improve your overall strength with correct weight lifting techniques for your body.

Low-to-no impact conditioning ((proper use of the kettlebell, bike, battle ropes, sled and weights) will ensure you’re able to train your cardiovascular system in a way that’s lo-no risk. This means you can consistently make progress and get the results you should without being sidelined by overuse or impact injuries.

My preferred tools for strength are the kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight. The true secret to successful training outcomes are in the programming. It truly takes an expert to be able to program your healthy lifestyle in a way that ensures you receive your desired return on investment. I am that expert and can offer you that return by training together here at Superb Health and Performance.
