When you choose to commit to training with me here at Superb Health and Performance, you’re hiring experience, wisdom, expertise and passion! I won’t be passing you off to an intern or a new trainer with limited experience. You’ll be training with me and we’re in this together! I’ll share with you my 22 years of knowledge to help you constantly improve your health and develop as an individual.
Superb is a private gym abutting the Interurban bike and running trails system with 15 acres of nature preserve out our back door. The gym itself is designed to be minimalist and meditative. The moment you walk in you’ll feel the calm-focus atmosphere and you’ll know you’re in for a truly unique training experience!
Minimalist and meditative means there’s no machines driven by electricity and no screens to distract you. All equipment at Superb requires expert teaching ability and therefore you will learn a ton! Training is not a passive service and you deserve to learn, grow and thrive!

Unlike most gyms these days that get you in the door to pass you off to an inexperienced trainer, you’ll be working with me, Nick Lynch who offers you over 22 years of experience, knowledge, wisdom and passion. I’m dedicated to your results and personally guarantee you’ll achieve your goals when you train with me.
I offer you a mindful approach to strength and conditioning. My strength and conditioning methods implement meditation and breathwork. There are 2 fundamental reasons for this.
1) Meditation and mindfulness into strength training because what the mind says the body does. So you want to ensure the mind is able to work with your greatest stressors to ensure your body keeps going.
2) Breath is essential to life, without it, you’re dead, therefore, be excellent at breathing! Put your mindfulness and breathing together and your body is equipped for success!
The third step is movement. Implement your mindful breathing into your strength and conditioning program. Here you’ll see all of your physical limitations and learn how to overcome them. This sets you up for consistent and constant achievement of goals for the rest of your life and reduces set backs!
