Nick Lynch

Hi, I’m Nick. I’ve been committed to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals for over 20 years!

I am honored to work with a wide range of clientele, and I am confident in my ability to help you meet and exceed your goals! I see clients locally at Superb Health and Performance & globally, via virtual sessions.

I started Superb Health & Performance in 2008, alongside my wife Natalie. We live locally with our 2 kids, dog, and a mischievous hamster. We’re committed to enriching the local community by encouraging others to live healthier lifestyles.

I work with people just like you every day. By prioritizing your own health & wellbeing, you’ll become stronger, both physically and mentally.

At Superb Health and Performance, we’re more than just a gym - we’re a community dedicated to helping you become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself. Locally owned & operated, we pride ourselves on offering a personal and supposrtive enviornment where your goals truly matter.

Here you’ll experience safe & effective programming. We specialize in low-to-no impact cardiovascular conditioning so that you can consistently make progress without being sidelined by overuse or impact injuries.

While weight training, we’ll utilize bodyweight, the kettlebell and the barbell to continually improve strenghth, mobility and flexibility, which are all necessary for success in both sport and life.

Success in sports goes far beyond physical ability, especially once you’ve reached the elite level, where your peers are all as equally talented physically.

At this stage of athletisicm, mindset plays a critical role in unlocking peak performance. While strength, speed and skill are essential, it’s an athlete’s mental approach that sets them apart from the other elite prospects.

At Superb Health & Performance, we address the mental aspect of athletics, including resilience under pressure, consistency & discipline, accountability, confidence & self-belief, focus & mental clarity, motivation & passion, as well as team leadership & collaboration.
